Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes seeks a proven multi-site leader to oversee operations across our Michigan bakery locations, with a focus on guest experiences, quality, and profitability. You will travel between sites and lead teams to maintain consistency and service excellence.

A strong candidate will manage schedules, ensure food safety, and mentor staff while collaborating with franchise teams to grow our guest-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-site management experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations between Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights with occasional support in nearby locations.
• Manage daily production schedules and quality standards across bakery locations.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, supply orders and cost control across all sites.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Coordinate staffing and resources between locations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and procedures.
