Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-site management experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.

• Flexible to work various shifts and travel between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations between Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights, with occasional support in Ann Arbor and Allen Park.
• Travel efficiently between locations to maintain leadership presence.
• Manage daily production schedules and quality standards across bakery locations.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory management, supply orders, and cost control.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning.
