Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC seeks a Senior Multi-Site Surgery Center Administrator to oversee operations across ambulatory surgery facilities in California. This leadership role collaborates with physicians and executive teams to drive financial performance, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.

You will develop budgets, manage staffing, lead quality and safety initiatives, and coordinate with corporate offices to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Master’s degree preferred.
Healthcare management experience strongly preferred.
Experience with budgets and financial results.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and accreditation.

Responsibilities

Provide operational oversight for multiple ambulatory surgery facilities.
Lead facility administrators, medical staff, and governing boards.
Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
Support quality improvement initiatives, infection control, and patient experience.
Foster physician relationships and credentialing processes.
Oversee vendor/service contracts and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with corporate offices to align facility operations with strategic goals.
