Job summary

SCA Health is an Optum-backed organization delivering patient-centered ambulatory surgical services across a broad network. The role involves direct supervision of non-medical staff, supporting growth strategy, and overall P&L accountability for two facilities under the CEO/Administrator.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience, ASC/outpatient exposure, and a proven ability to mentor teams while advancing SCA's values and commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years healthcare experience, 2+ years leadership.
• Experience in ASC/outpatient/surgical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of non-medical personnel, including orientation and evaluation.
• Coordinate the Business Offices so that the operation is most efficient for all concerned.
• Works closely with the CEO/Administrator to promote the utilization of the Surgery Center.
• Leads, mentors, and develops high-performing Business Office professionals.
