Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is seeking an ASC Accreditation & Compliance Specialist to serve as the centralized expert for ambulatory surgery center regulatory readiness across all locations. You will lead audits, CAP management, and QAPI support to keep every ASC accredited and survey-ready.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ASC/hospital/outpatient compliance or accreditation support.
• Knowledge of AAAHC, Quad A, or CMS ASC Conditions for Coverage.
• Experience conducting internal audits and managing CAPs to closure.
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities across multiple sites.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with staff and leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; audit tracking tools a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Southern California ASC locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unannounced internal audits at all ASC locations.
• Assess compliance with AAAHC, Quad A, CMS standards and CA regs.
• Classify findings; deliver audit reports within 48 hours.
• Track CAPs from initiation to verified closure.
• Escalate Immediate Threat and Major findings per policy.
• Lead site preparation for surveys with gap analysis and mock surveys.
• Maintain evidence binders across domains like governance, credentialing, policies, QAPI, infection control, and more.
• Deliver Monthly Compliance Dashboard to COO and Quarterly Summary.
