Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Multi-Site Childcare Director to oversee after school programs at three Vermont locations. This hybrid leadership + hands-on role will partner with Site Directors and staff, ensuring high-quality programming, regulatory compliance (VT DCF), staffing stability, enrollment health, and smooth daily operations across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and ensure high-quality after-school activities.
• Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, onboarding, and coverage.
• Monitor compliance with VT DCF regulations and Healthy Kids policies.
• Maintain licensing readiness and documentation across sites.
• Engage families and school partners to support enrollment and attendance.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and leadership teams using MS 365 tools.
