Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in Atlanta, GA. This role involves leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations across multiple properties.

The position requires on-site work, experience with LIHTC, HUD programs, and strong customer service. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required. Competitive compensation with benefits is provided.

Formación

• Experience with affordable housing programs and property leasing.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lease, tour, and move-in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, and following up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and resident retention programs.
