Job summary

gpac is collaborating with a well-established Southern Ohio food manufacturing facility seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead multi-shift warehouse operations and build strong teams. This leadership role focuses on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive performance across receiving, storage, and shipping.

You will oversee staffing, training, and development, while coordinating across departments to optimize productivity and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Warehouse leadership experience in multi-shift environments.
• Background in food manufacturing or high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and frontline staff.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-shift warehouse organization, including Supervisors and Team Leads.
• Build a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipping.
• Coordinate priorities and workflow across all shifts to optimize productivity.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, equipment utilization, and efficiency; adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Conduct staff training, safety onboarding, and development; perform performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, engagement, and recognition initiatives; hold regular staff meetings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee forklift maintenance, utilization, and spend.
• Partner with Production, Scheduling, Transportation, Customer Service, Procurement, QA, and Finance to improve processes.
