Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving productivity.
• Ability to set agendas with clear timeframes and visual aids.
• Strong written and spoken communication across levels.
• Familiarity with Citrix and UFPI systems and policies.
• Knowledge of CI concepts (5S/TPM) and safety best practices.
