Job summary

Remington Arms is hiring for multiple shifts to perform preventive and light maintenance on production machinery. You will change over machines and support equipment, mentor operators, and ensure process integrity while adhering to safety rules and ISO goals. English proficiency and a year of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English to follow process instructions.
• Minimum one year experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Must pass mechanical aptitude evaluation.
• Basic PC skills to navigate documents.

Responsibilities

• Safer, orderly work practices and compliance with rules.
• Perform preventative and minor maintenance on production machinery.
• Conduct machine changeovers in a timely manner.
• Assist engineers and operators as needed.
• Mentor operators in best practices and process integrity.
• Follow safety and ISO goals and directives.
