Job summary

Remington Arms seeks skilled maintenance technician to operate and maintain a high speed ammunition production line on a 12-hour rotating night shift. You will perform PM/PdM, troubleshoot mechanical problems, document activities and support 5S housekeeping.

Must read schematics, work with PLCs, and participate in continuous improvement with limited supervision. Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience or related certs; strong mechanical drive and measurement tool skills; able to work 4

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time.
• Documents checks, services and repairs to maintain warranties and compliance.
• Troubleshoots mechanical repairs and supports other maintenance staff.
• Operates PLC controlled, high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adheres to 5S housekeeping standards and maintains clean work areas.
• Works with limited supervision and participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Performs quality inspections and records results as required.
