Remington Arms in Lonoke, Arkansas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and routine maintenance on production and support machinery. This role requires working safely and efficiently while following all plant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a similar role, and basic computer skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, as well as PTO and 401(k). The starting hourly rate is $24.35.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Must pass mechanical aptitude evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery.
• Assist production associates when required.
• Troubleshoot and maintain malfunctioning machines.
