Job summary

Remington Arms is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 10 hour night shift to perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery and support equipment. The role includes changeovers, assisting production staff, and mentoring operators to ensure process integrity and adherence to safety and ISO directives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with same or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Must pass the company’s standard mechanical aptitude evaluation for mechanics.
• Must possess basic personal computer skills sufficient to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production and support machinery.
• Perform changeovers on production machines and associated equipment as required.
• Assist Production Associates when required.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment as directed.
• Mentor Operators and Technicians in training to ensure process integrity.
