Snack Innovations Inc. seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations at the Piscataway, NJ plant. You will oversee three shifts, drive safety, quality, and throughput, and develop a high-performance manufacturing team.

You will implement standard work, coach supervisors, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse to remove constraints. A strong background in high-volume food production and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food production with multi-shift responsibility.
• Experience leading production supervisors and improving plant performance.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FSMA and food safety systems.
• Ability to plan labor and resources and solve complex operational problems.
• Excellent collaboration across departments and with maintenance, quality, planning, and warehouse.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, production reporting tools, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Direct plant-wide production operations across three shifts.
• Lead, coach, and hold production supervisors accountable for safety, quality, productivity and labor performance.
• Own production performance against schedules and KPIs (throughput, yield, waste, downtime, labor efficiency).
• Establish standard work, shift handoffs, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse to resolve constraints and keep production on track.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring problems and improve efficiency.
• Ensure GMPs, HACCP, FSMA compliance and safety procedures.
