Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks an Associate II, Retail Generalist, to support multiple departments in stores, including donation processing, pricing, and customer service. The role blends production-like tasks with active work on the sales floor, requiring strong attention to detail and a helpful attitude toward donors and customers.

The candidate will rotate through areas, assist with cash handling, and back up various departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail, product placement, or merchandising experience desired.
• 1 year of cash handling preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to obtain certification for equipment via OJT.
• Eligible for Daily Pay benefit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with donation receiving and processing, and ensure items are sorted by quality and value.
• Operate cash registers and handle POS transactions with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions on the sales floor.
• Keep sales floor and backroom organized, stocked, and clean.
• Support E-Commerce product processing and ensure timely movement to online channels.
