Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year retail, product placement, or merchandising experience.
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain certification for equipment (pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift).
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist donations intake and process pricing.
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor and ensure shelves are full.
• Operate cash register and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct assistance to shoppers.
• Process E-Commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
