Associates may rotate between roles such as lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist, following training and safety standards. Outdoor work requires flexibility and reliability in all weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Purpose:The Car Wash Associate at Mr. Clean Car Wash plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality service and attention to detail. Associates are trained and certified in various roles, including lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist. Depending on business needs, associates may rotate between roles during their shift. All duties are performed following company training, safety standards, and brand expectations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
