Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash is seeking a proactive Car Wash Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences while rotating through roles such as Lot Attendant, Loader, Passenger Side Attendant, and Sales Specialist.

You will help with loading, prepping vehicles, and promoting memberships in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will be trained to uphold safety and cleanliness standards, greet guests warmly, and maintain site appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old; Loader role requires 18+.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles.

• Keep the self-service vacuum area clean and stocked.

Job Purpose:The Car Wash Associate at Mr. Clean Car Wash plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality service and attention to detail. Associates are trained and certified in various roles, including lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist. Depending on business needs, associates may rotate between roles during their shift. All duties are performed following company training, safety standards, and brand expectations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
