Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• Experience in multi-family or manufactured home settings preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property resources and assets, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Keep the property clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing to attract residents and provide excellent service.
• Show homes when available.
• Analyze and manage the operating budget to improve profitability.
• Set high standards and deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
