Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in a business or construction-related program.
• Five years of multifamily construction experience.
• Two years of experience in residential development preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient in plan logs, schedules, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project manager and staff.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage drawings, permits, and RFPs.
• Oversee subcontracts, boilerplates, and contract documentation.
• Track changes, schedule updates, and plan distribution.
• Assist in accounting tasks related to projects and vendor setup.
• Coordinate utility forms and pre-design meetings as needed.
• Support project close-out activities and records storage.
