Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems at assigned properties. You will perform rounds, preventive maintenance, repairs and energy management tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, repairing components, responding to emergencies, and documenting activities for supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; apprentice program preferred.
• 5+ years in operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in a commercial setting.
• Licenses/permits as required; Universal Technician for CFCs may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements for buildings.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical equipment and safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies and report activities to supervisor.
• Complete safety training and uphold dress code and site standards.
