Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management in Philadelphia, MS is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a full-time role (40 hours/week) to oversee three complexes. You will respond to requests, coordinate repairs, and ensure units are ready for move-in while maintaining the properties and grounds.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, electrical experience (EPA certification preferred), at least 2 years of maintenance work, and proficiency with Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical experience preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Computer experience (Excel/Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond timely to requests/work orders and ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landscapers to ensure well-run properties.
• Ensure facilities and related systems are in good working order (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior).
• Ensure units are 100% ready for move-in (checklists, site visits).
• Update and maintain work orders through AppFolio.
• Maintain clean properties by removing trash and debris.
