Job summary

Iskalo Development Corp. seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver responsive technical support across its diverse properties, including hotels and a craft brewery. The role spans office systems, building controls, and hospitality technology, offering a broad, hands-on environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong customer service, and a proactive approach to learning new platforms. Local travel to affiliated properties is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred; combo of education and experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support across Iskalo Development locations and affiliates.
• Acknowledge, document, prioritize, track, and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV issues.
• Train staff on effective technology use to reduce recurring problems.
• Create and maintain runbooks and documentation for systems and vendors.
• Install, configure, repair, and relocate computers, phones, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access privileges.
• Provide support for hotel property systems, POS, and building controls.
• Coordinate with vendors for network System planning and maintenance.
