Radiate Hospitality is seeking a numbers-driven Dual Hotel Staff Accountant to support two Marriott-branded properties, Hi-Lo Hotel, Autograph Collection in Portland, and Round Barn Hotel, Tribute Portfolio by Marriott. This role handles AR, AP, cash management, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end activities across both hotels.

The candidate will collaborate with property leadership and departments to ensure accuracy, strong internal controls, and compliance with brand standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, hotel accounting, or hospitality finance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Experience with cash handling controls and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR, AP, cash management, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Front Office, F&B, Sales, and Revenue Management.
