Job summary
Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Sales Manager to drive group sales across Kingston Resorts properties, including Kingston Plantation and Royale Palms. The role focuses on developing new relationships and maximizing revenue across guest rooms, meeting space, and F&B.
You will manage complex contracts, travel within markets, and coordinate with in-house systems and partners to close opportunities. A background in hospitality sales and multi-property experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in various market segments (hospitality sales).
- Ability to represent multiple properties and complex accounts effectively.
- Proficiency with sales systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Solicit, respond to and negotiate with clients needing large group accommodations (>=50 rooms).
- Negotiate contracts and commissions with third parties; prepare proposals and contracts.
- Engage in outside sales activities and client entertainment within assigned markets.
