Job summary

Kingston Plantation Condos in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Condo Sales Representative to support the Kingston Condo Rental Program and grow the managed rental units. You will solicit owners, conduct tours, inspections, and coordinate with staff to maintain unit standards while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year in administrative assistant or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Solicit unit owners to join the Kingston Condo rental program.
• Conduct daily solicitation calls, property tours and unit inspections to identify rental options.
• Strengthen relationships with real estate agents to build program awareness and knowledge.
• Handle all unit owner requests, inquiries and concerns and check arrivals to ensure inventories are at par.
• Address deficiencies with hotel staff and/or unit owners.
• Conduct bi-monthly/quarterly unit inspections and communicate findings to unit owners.
• Ensure compliance with owner/developer guidelines and the Department's SOPs.
• Reserve and assign condos to incoming homeowners and their guests.
• Generate leads through ongoing solicitation of rental units within resort boundaries and be the first contact for prospective clients.
• Develop unit-specific proforma models to achieve owners' objectives and convert leads to contracts.
• Conduct unit inspections with owners/realtors to ensure standards for prospective and existing units.
