Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Condo Sales Representative to grow our Kingston Condo Rental Program. You will solicit unit owners, conduct tours and inspections, and build relationships with real estate agents to expand the managed rental portfolio.

The role requires handling owner inquiries, ensuring unit standards, and coordinating with housekeeping. Flexible schedule, holidays and weekends required; includes benefits and commission on sales.

Responsibilities

• Solicit unit owners to join the Kingston Condo rental program.
• Conduct daily solicitation calls, property tours and unit inspections.
• Handle owner inquiries and concerns; ensure inventories are at par.
• Address deficiencies with hotel staff and owners.
• Conduct bi-monthly unit inspections; communicate findings to unit owner.
• Assist housekeeping with inspections, inventories and stripping of units.
