Job summary

Hulsing Hotels seeks an Area General Manager to lead two flagship Asheville properties—Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville and Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown. You will be the senior on-site leader for guest satisfaction, associate engagement, revenue generation, and asset integrity across both brands.

The role requires 5+ years in GM roles with multi-property oversight, strong financial acumen, and experience with branded properties (IHG/Marriott).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager experience with multi-property oversight.
• Experience managing branded hotels (IHG and/or Marriott) preferred.
• Strong financial acumen: P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• CHA or similar designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L across both properties and drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Lead guest experience initiatives and maintain high satisfaction scores across both assets.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams across two brands.
• Ensure brand compliance and quality with IHG and Marriott standards.
• Oversee capital planning and long-term asset stewardship for both properties.
• Represent the properties with community and ownership, maintaining professional relationships.
