Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking a Traveling Customer Service Manager to provide hands-on management across multiple multifamily communities within an assigned area.

The role travels between properties to cover gaps, support onsite teams, and maintain smooth operations and resident service. You will lead leasing activities, respond to resident inquiries, monitor occupancy and performance, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or customer service.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 50-60% of the time and adapt to multiple properties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned properties to provide onsite management coverage and support daily operations during vacancies or high activity periods.
• Serve as the point of contact for residents, respond to inquiries and concerns, and escalate to the Regional Director as needed.
• Support leasing activities including tours, lead follow-up, applications, move-ins, and renewals to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property walk-throughs, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
