Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi/RealPage).

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties to provide onsite management coverage during vacancies or busy periods.
• Serve as resident point of contact, handling inquiries and escalating to Regional Director as needed.
• Support leasing activities to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and coordinate maintenance follow-ups.
• Train onsite staff on policies, procedures, and service standards.
