Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking a Traveling Customer Service Manager to provide hands-on management across multiple multifamily communities. You will travel between properties to fill coverage gaps, support onsite teams, and maintain consistent operations and resident service.

You will assist with leasing activities, conduct property walk-throughs, monitor occupancy and delinquency, and ensure compliance with policies and laws. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily property management, leasing or customer service.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties to provide onsite management coverage.
• Serve as a resident point of contact, handling inquiries and requests.
• Assist with leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect properties and coordinate follow‑ups with maintenance.
• Monitor performance metrics and report to Regional Director.
• Travel 50–60% with valid driver’s license and vehicle.
