Job summary

Greenwood Star is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our communities, ensuring high occupancy and exceptional service to tenants. You will manage lease agreements, inspections, and compliance with housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.

You will lead the property management team, implement budgets, and handle financial reporting using Yardi. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management and housing regulations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing regulations.
• Experience leading a property management team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and tenant communications.
• Conduct regular building inspections and supervise maintenance needs.
• Use Yardi for tenant tracking, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Oversee benefits administration and company wellness programs (as listed).
