Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage engineering activities across multiple construction projects. This role provides technical oversight and ensures alignment with project goals and safety standards.

You will generate work plans, schedules, data, and CAD drawings; support field teams; manage up to ten concurrent projects; and drive process improvements while advancing toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus.
• Experience with substations or utility projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate work plans, project schedules, submittal data, CAD drawings.
• Track project quantities and generate project billing; support field teams.
• Coordinate up to 10 concurrent projects and provide client updates.
• Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and supplier relationships.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decisions.
