Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale construction programs from bid through client acceptance. You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure delivery within safety, quality, and budget constraints.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years of leadership in multi-project environments, and OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least ten years of construction management experience with leadership in multi-project operations.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight across multiple projects, ensuring on-schedule, within-budget delivery.
• Lead high-stakes project meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Manage the financial aspects of substantial contracts to protect the company’s interests and client relations.
• Conduct in-depth initial assessments with clients to determine project scopes, resource needs, and success criteria.
• Prepare detailed project estimates and oversee budgets, schedules, and plans for complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Supervise project staff and provide leadership to project teams, including on-site personnel.
• Ensure robust project control, risk management, and safety compliance across all sites.
• Resolve complex technical and management issues impacting project performance.
• Mentor and develop project managers and staff, shaping objectives, policies, and procedures.
