Job summary

Syndicatebleu is assisting a global ecommerce platform in its search for a Buyer to support the Buying Team by setting up new vendors and items, maintaining the product catalog and managing pricing. This is a temporary 3 month assignment on-site in North Reading, MA.

You will act as the main contact between program teams, deployment/engineering, and suppliers, handling end-to-end procurement and coordinating with cross-functional colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement for multiple concurrent programs.
• Identify and escalate delivery/supply risks to engineering and deployment teams.
• Issue POs and align them with deployment schedules.
• Track supplier deliveries and flag risks before they become problems.
• Set up new vendors/items and maintain the product catalog (pricing, cost, content, images).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for multiple concurrent programs.

• Cross-training as backup to a Control Buyer.
