Baroody Camps is seeking energetic instructors to join our team delivering engaging after-school enrichment programs to elementary students across Northern Virginia and Maryland.
Ideal candidates have teaching, coaching, tutoring, or youth program experience, availability during peak hours (2:00 PM–6:00 PM), and reliable transportation. Training provided.
Compensation ranges from $25 to $40 per hour, with shifts typically 1.5 hours plus setup/cleanup; scheduling varies by location.

Baroody Camps provides enrichment programs to elementary school students throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland. We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives through teaching subjects such as Science, STEM, Cooking, Sports, and more.
There are also opportunities to teach additional enrichment subjects based on your skills and interests.
The ideal instructor enjoys working with children, has experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth programs, and is comfortable teaching across multiple program areas using Baroody Camps' provided curriculum.
We are looking for candidates who have availability during our peak program hours, generally between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, although exact schedules vary by school and county.

Applicants do not need to be available for every location. Placement is based on your availability and proximity.

Most classes are approximately 1.5-hour shifts, including setup and cleanup, with approximately 1 hour of instructional time.
