Tarpon Specialty Services (Paloma Specialty Services) is seekingCombo Welders for multiple openings in Ingleside, TX. Qualified candidates will perform multi-process welding across TIG, Flux, orbital, and ship applications on industrial and marine projects in Texas.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years welding experience and the ability to pass position-specific qualification tests. Competitive pay, sign-on bonus, lodging for out-of-area hires, per diem, and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience across multiple processes.
• Ability to weld GTAW (TIG) with FCAW (Flux) or SMAW (Stick).
• Orbital welding experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass position-specific welding qualification tests.
• Experience in industrial, pipe, or marine environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-process welding (TIG, Flux, SMAW) on industrial and marine projects across Texas.
• Demonstrate ability to pass position-specific welding qualification tests.
• Work across disciplines with steady hours and possible overtime.
