Job summary

H+M Industrial EPC is seeking a Shop Combo Welder to perform TIG, MIG, and Fluxcore welding in our fabrication shop in Pasadena, TX. The role requires reading blueprints and ensuring weld quality aligns with project specs.

You will set up equipment, inspect welds, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines. A minimum of four years in a fabrication environment and strict adherence to safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a fabrication shop.
• Proven experience with TIG, MIG and Fluxcore welding.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with safety standards and PPE.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG, MIG, and Fluxcore welding on various metal types and thicknesses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for each project.
• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work with team to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
