Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to drive efficient plant operations. You will lead advanced planning, coordinate material flows, manage inventory aging, and align production schedules with capacity and forecasts.

You’ll oversee shipments and collaborate with customers and vendors to sustain service levels and performance. The role emphasizes capacity planning, materials requirements planning, and end-to-end inventory management, with autonomy in handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, certifications and experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with direct customer contact is required.
• Food and/or packaging industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and adjusts production schedules based on forecasts, capacity and needs.
• Manages materials planning, purchasing, and PO maintenance to support production.
• Oversees inventory lifecycle including aging, usage, and disposition.
• Supports ERP setup and maintenance for data integrity.
• Identifies opportunities to improve inventory levels and PO efficiency.
• Coordinates outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintains supply chain data and reports; supports change management.
• Manages material changes and customer transitions to minimize disruption.
• Collaborates with directed-buy suppliers to resolve shortages and quality concerns.
• Supports production invoicing and other services as applicable.
