Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple plants for a specific functional area.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures within the function.
• Prioritize work, manage resources, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and reliability goals.
• Communicate objectives and performance metrics up to executive leadership.
• Coordinate with planning, purchasing, receiving, accounts payable, and logistics to ensure material supply.
