Job summary
Gallin Associates in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR activities across multiple plants. You will lead staffing, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy administration.
The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years in HR management, familiarity with multi-unit automotive OEM environments, and knowledge of lean manufacturing practices; Toyota Production System exposure is a plus.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing; TPS familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR activities across multiple plants in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area (staffing, employee relations, compliance, performance, policy).
