Job summary

See Rock City inc is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead Rock City Gardens’ food service operations, including Café 7, Cliff Terrace, and special event catering. You will drive guest service excellence, manage budgets, and develop a service-driven team culture across multiple outlets.

You will supervise large teams, coach leaders, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards while coordinating with marketing for seasonal and event-related offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a high-volume food service outlet.
• Leadership experience in a multi-unit food service or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead food and beverage teams across all Rock City Gardens outlets.
• Create and manage weekly work schedules and labor within budget.
• Oversee inventory, menu cost controls, and waste management.
• Coordinate catering and group meals for events.
• Ensure food quality and guest service meets brand standards.
