Job summary

Rock City Enterprises seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all food service operations across Café 7, Cliff Terrace, group meals, and seasonal stands within Rock City Gardens. You will drive guest service excellence, oversee budgets, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include menu and cost control, inventory, scheduling, payroll, vendor relations, and collaboration with Marketing for events while maintaining brand standards and a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a high-volume food service outlet.
• Prior leadership experience in a multi-unit food service or restaurant environment required.
• ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain if expired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Rock City Gardens food service operations across outlets.
• Create and manage weekly schedules; monitor payroll, labor, and PTO.
• Oversee onboarding and training to ensure service excellence and safety.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and brand standards across all venues.
• Manage menu, inventory, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing on events and guest communications.
