Job summary

Rock City Gardens, part of Rock City Enterprises, seeks an Operations Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across parking, trails, restrooms, and facilities. You will supervise up to 25 partners, ensure guest-ready spaces, support event setup, and lead safety initiatives under the Operations Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in operations, facilities, grounds maintenance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service in line with the mission and values.
• Lead and supervise up to 25 Operations Partners and prioritize daily tasks.
• Open/close trails, grounds, and facilities per procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, litter-free trails, restrooms, and facilities.
• Oversee daily parking lot operations for guest safety and traffic flow.
• Coordinate setup and takedown for special events.
• Support seasonal attractions and major activations.
• Ensure designated buildings and spaces are serviced daily.
• Train and onboard new Operations Partners.
• Serve as point of contact for guest inquiries in absence of Ops Manager.
• Respond to security monitoring and alarm calls as needed.
• Submit maintenance and safety requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs with Ops Manager.
• Maintain inventories of operational supplies.
