Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices with disciplined standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, feedback, and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and build bench strength across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, operational performance, and business outcomes for the offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and improve client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across locations.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal preparation.
