As a visible, hands‑on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, drive revenue, monitor performance, and ensure office readiness across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with performance accountability.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and consultative service experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results while managing day‑to‑day operations across locations.
• Ability to manage change and adopt new processes across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
