Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a CT technologist in New Hampshire to operate a CT scanner under radiology supervision and to image a wide range of anatomical regions, including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine and extremities.

The role offers an eligible commencement bonus of 7,500.00 USD, with 50% at hire and 50% after six months of continuous employment; on-call duties including nights, weekends and holidays are required; the anticipated hourly range is shown below and final

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
• Registered in radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Training/experience in neonatal to geriatric imaging and cross-training in other modalities.
• Strong interaction with patients and teams; good communication and independence.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to image head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine and extremities.
• Provide imaging under radiologists and Director of Radiology supervision.
• Share on-call duties including nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Summary

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Under the direction of the radiologists and the supervision of the Director of Radiology. Operates Computerized Tomographic scanner to image the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $39.22/hr - $49.02/hr - $52.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an American Medical Association-approved school of radiologic technology. Must be registered in at least radiography. Additional certification in computed tomography is preferred. Training and/or experience specific to radiology practices regarding neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients are required. Must be willing to cross-train in additional imaging modalities. A proven ability to interact effectively with patients, co-workers, practitioners, and visitors is required. Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment is necessary. Effective communication skills are required. Ability to work independently. Familiarity with Meditech Health Information System is preferred. Familiarity with computer applications is required. Must have technical aptitude and a willingness to learn software applications.

Sharing on call duties is required including nights, weekends and holidays.
