Adventist Health Sierra Vista on the Central California Coast seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment. The role supports the imaging department in achieving operational goals and performs at least three modalities regularly.

The position requires ARRT/RT licensure, BLS, and a commitment to patient safety; SEIU represents the department.

Formación

• Requires Associate's Degree in radiologic technology.
• ARRT certification and state RT licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must be able to perform duties in at least three imaging modalities: CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, X-ray.

Responsabilidades

• Performs radiographic, mammographic, computed tomography and/or ultrasound examinations consistent with experience; performs three modalities competently.
• Safely transports and transfers patients; tests defibrillator and checks crash cart; conducts mobile imaging as needed.
• Prepares contrast agents for imaging procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
