Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista on the Central California Coast is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and mammography equipment. You will perform three modalities regularly and support departmental goals in a SEIU-represented environment.

The role requires ARRT, RT license, BLS, and CT/MRI/NM/PET modality certification, plus an associate degree in radiologic technology; a bachelor’s or master’s degree and more experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Master's degree preferred
• Three years' technical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic, mammographic, computed tomography and ultrasound examinations.
• Safely transports and transfers patients and tests equipment.
• Prepares contrast agents for medical imaging procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
