Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment. The role supports departmental objectives and provides imaging across multiple modalities, performing at least three regularly to help meet operational goals.

The position requires ARRT certification, state RT licensure, and BLS; a bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred and several years of imaging experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology.
• BLS certification required by AH policy.
• ARRT certification and state RT license required.
• Current certification in at least one additional modality (CT, M, MRI, NM, US or PET).

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic, mammographic, CT and/or ultrasound equipment as needed.
• Assist in achieving departmental objectives and goals.
• Safely transport patients and manage contrast agents when required.
• Perform three modalities competently on a regular basis.
